Cunqing Hua is currently a Professor in the School of Cyberspace Security, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, P. R. China. He received the B.Eng. degree in Electronics Engineering from University of Science and Technology of China in 2000, MPhil. and Ph.D. degree in Information Engineering from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2002 and 2006 respectively. He joined in Shanghai Jiao Tong University in July 2011. Prior to that, he was a postdoctoral research fellow at University of Houston (Sep. 2006 – De. 2008), and served the department of Information Science and Electronic Engineering, Zhejiang University, P. R. China as an Associate Professor (Dec. 2008-June 2011). His research interests are in the general area of wireless networking and mobile communication, in particular focusing on cooperative communications, network coding, resource allocation, and wireless security issues. He served on the technical program committees of the international conferences including INFOCOM, ICC, Globecom, WCNC etc. He is currently an associate editor of the International Journal of Ad Hoc Networking Systems (IJANS) and editorial board member of the International Journal of Computer Networks (IJCN).
